Shipping and Return Policy:
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items that are in-stock will normally ship within approx. 2-3 business days.
- Items that are special orders, custom made, or out of stock may take 2-5 weeks to ship (unless they are actually in stock).
- Some items may, in fact, be shipped directly from the manufacturer and/or Wholesale vendors.
- Overland Gears is absolutely NOT responsible for lost or stolen items, or items damaged while shipping, or damage that took place after the product has been received.
- If there are any lost or stolen items, you the customer are responsible for contacting the Shipping Company in order to solve the issue(s).
- Buyers are solely responsible for any shipping and handling charges or shipping insurance charges if an item is being returned to Overland Gears or to the manufacterer.
- We, Overland Gears, will contact you in the event that any products fall into the special order category, i.e., the product needs to be re-ordered, back ordered, or has any other sort of possible delay involved.
- Any and all returns that one wishes to make must be authorized by Overland Gears. A 35% restocking fee will apply. The customer is also responsible for contacting Overland Gears for return instruction within seven days after receiving the shipment if they want to return merchandise for any reason.
- There are no returns on special orders, unless the manufacturer shipped the item and it is defected, or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact Overland Gears if this is the case and we will contact the manufacturer and have them replace or exchange the item(s).
- All returned items must have original packaging, original documentation, and also be accompanied by a receipt. -There are no returns on any used or installed items!
